Our approach

NOVA ECE treats child data as the most sensitive category and is built privacy-by-design. The system is designed with Turkish data-protection (KVKK) requirements in mind; this page summarises the product approach and does not replace legal texts.

Data we process, and why

Only service-necessary data is processed (parent/teacher account details; the school’s developmental observations, meal & health records, activity photos). Website forms are used solely to answer your request; no third-party marketing sharing.

Consents

Separate, revocable parental consents for photo sharing, health tracking, AI use and publicity are managed in-product. Where consent is absent, the related processing is switched off (e.g. no health consent → no AI processing or external sharing).

Access & security

Role-based access applies; a parent sees only their own child’s data. Access is audit-logged. Data is protected in transit and at rest with industry-standard measures.

Retention & deletion

Data is kept for defined retention periods and deleted on schedule when periods end or the school contract closes.

Cookies

The website uses cookies only for essential functionality and optional, de-identified analytics configured with user privacy in mind.
