Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Scope and developer
This policy applies to the NOVA ECE Kids iOS and Android app (com.novaece.masal), provided by Oğuz Keleş. It is separate from the general privacy policy for the NOVA ECE web platform.
Data collection and sharing
The app does not require an account or ask you to enter a name, email address, location or other personal details. It does not send app usage data to the developer or an analytics service. It contains no advertising, tracking or analytics SDKs and does not request camera, microphone, contacts or location access.
Information stored on your device
Language, family/teacher mode and audio preferences are stored on the device. The reading journal stores the completed story identifier, completion time and the feeling selected at the end of the story; it keeps the latest 200 entries. A game counter is also stored on the device. This information is not sent to a server accessible by the developer.
Children and offline use
The content is designed for children aged 3–6 to use with an adult. Stories, games, illustrations and audio are included in the app. There are no user accounts, chat, advertisements or in-app purchases. An adult verification step appears before external web links open.
Retention, deletion and device backups
Local information remains until you clear the app’s data in device settings or uninstall the app. Depending on your device and operating system settings, local data may be included in Apple or Google backups, which you can manage through the relevant account. The developer cannot access these backups.
External services and support
When you open an external website, that website’s privacy practices apply. The App Store, Google Play and the operating system may process download, payment or diagnostic information under their own policies. If you email support, the contact details and message you provide are used to respond to your request.
Contact and updates
For privacy questions or support, email kurumsal@novaece.com. If the app’s data practices change, this policy and its update date will be revised.
